Nutrition and healthy eating are as important to us at Tyler Hill Camp as they are to you at home. We know that a balanced meal plan for our campers will mean more energy to have FUN — day in and day out!

Camp spirit comes to life in our dining hall where campers sit by bunk with their counselors and friends. Our complete kid-friendly meals always include fruit and healthy choices. Each hot meal is plated family style and is delivered to the table by a counselor waiter/waitress.

Breakfast

At breakfast, we offer fresh fruit, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, toast, cereals, yogurt, milk, and juice.

Lunch & Dinner

At lunch and dinner, enjoy our salad bar with fresh veggies, proteins, hummus, and fruit, chipotle bowl station plus a full deli for build-your-own sandwiches. Hot soup and pasta (with or without sauce) are always available.

Snacks

Fresh fruit is available all day at various spots on campus, and every day at 3:15 is Snack Time, during which we serve ices, ice pops and granola bars.

Healthy Days

Tyler Hill Camp’s daily program is also packed with opportunities for fitness and exercise, from our state of the art indoor cycling/spin program to Zumba to our martial arts and MMA programs. Campers can choose fitness for an elective, or join in our early morning running club.
