Winter Get-Together at BOUNCE!

This past Saturday was our annual Tyler Hill Winter Get-Together! This year we changed things up a bit and instead of have the day split-up into two separate times, we had one big gathering with our 1st-8th graders at Bounce in Syosset altogether! To say it was AWESOME is an understatement! Our Head Counselors were in attendance as well as many of our other counselors who came to help out and join in on the fun!

At Bounce, we grouped together our campers by camp division and worked on a rotating schedule. Things like slam dunk basketball, dodge ball, and foam pits were among the activities that were all done on awesome trampolines! We also had volleyball, newcomb, and circle games going on too.

After an hour and a half of literally “bouncing,” we served a huge spread of bagels, cream cheese, and butter for lunch!  (Better to eat AFTER all that bouncing than BEFORE!)

Having spent an incredible day with everyone has put us back into full-on camp mode! We are planning such a great Summer 2014 and are excited to be under the 200 day mark!! We can’t wait!
