Indian Summer 2014 Was One For the Books!

Our 2014 Indian Summer was another successful one! Not only did the weather feel like summer, the spirit and energy of our Teen and CIT campers was phenomenal. We truly got to experience one more Tyler Hill weekend, and we loved every minute of it.

Our Teen and CIT campers are always a very special group, as they carry all of our Tyler Hill traditions and pass them along to our younger campers. From the moment they got off the buses last weekend, we immediately knew it was going to be a great one. The sun was shining and everyone was smiling, excited to see one another and reminisce about the summer of 2014.

Many of our head staff and counselors came to help out and hang out for the weekend. We played a staff versus camper football game, baked with our favorite Bette Jane, and had an awesome campfire! We enjoyed a camp barbecue, delicious camp pizza and of course our favorite camp cookies – yummy!

We are already looking forward to our 2014 Teen campers becoming CITs and our 2014 CITs becoming JCs! We can’t wait to see everyone again soon at our Winter get together on December 6th!
